Vintage Cellar Hands and Lab Tech
We are currently seeking Cellar Hands and a Lab Tech to be a part of our team for Vintage 2026.
Job Requirements and Key Responsibilities:
For Cellar Hands:
- Previous Cellar Hand experience is essential.
- Assist in all aspects of vintage processing from grape receival, crushing, pressing, fermentation clarification, finishing wines and dispatching
- Previous experience in floating, centrifuge and pressing will be lookup upon favourably, as would extensive Forklift experience and a Forklift licence.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and 12-hour shift work.
- Wage based on previous experience.
- These positions commence on 4th February and run to the start of May.

For Lab Tech:
- Previous experience in winery lab is essential. You will be working autonomously at times.
- Winemaking Degree preferred.
- Perform analytical tests on grapes, juice, and wine samples.
- Record and analyse data to ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist in maintaining the laboratory equipment and supplies.
- Minimum 3-month position (Feb-May). Can be a 6-month position for the right person (January-July).
- Experience in cellar work preferred. If there is down time in the lab, you will be assisting in the cellar.
